THE ROAD TO THE FINALS IN WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

The competition is well on its way to identifying the "best of the best" professional and apprentice electrician in the country. In just a few months, we will crown the 2024 IDEAL Electrician National Champion. This year, the Championship Finals will be held in September in beautiful West Palm Beach, FL.

01. ROUND ONE

The Round 1 Digital Quiz presented by IDEAL

Competitors took an online five-minute Digital Quiz with questions provided by IEC. Questions rotated throughout the qualifying round and represent technical knowledge necessary for the trade.

02. ROUND Two

AT HOME CHALLENGE

The top electricians who answer the most questions correctly will receive an At Home Challenge kit to test their skills and workmanship while completing a task to push the boundaries and skills of the technicians to whittle down the field of competitors.

July 15th – July 28th  
03. Finals

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

The top ten apprentices and top five professional electricians will receive an all-expense paid trip to compete at nationals for their share of over $30,000 in cash and prizes and the title of 2024 National Champion.
