THE ROAD TO THE FINALS IN WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Be a part of something special and join the best electrician’s in the country by entering to compete. Start your journey to have your chance at becoming the 2024 IDEAL Electrician National Champion.

01. ROUND ONE

The Round 1 Digital Quiz presented by IDEAL

Take an online five-minute Digital Quiz with questions provided by IEC. Questions will rotate throughout the qualifying round and represent technical knowledge necessary for the trade.

Round 1 Digital Challenge open April 15th – June 15th
02. ROUND Two

AT HOME CHALLENGE

The top electricians who answer the most questions correctly will receive an At Home Challenge kit to test their skills and workmanship while completing a task to push the boundaries and skills of the technicians to whittle down the field of competitors.

July 15th – July 28th  
03. Finals

WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

The top ten apprentices and top 5 professional electricians will receive an all-expense paid trip to compete at nationals for their share of over $30,000 in cash and prizes and the title of 2024 National Champion.
