The IDEAL Electrician National Championship was created to identify the “best of the best” professional and apprentice electricians in the country. Tune in on December 20th at 8 PM EST on CBS Sports Network to watch the top 5 professionals and top 10 apprentices compete for $30,000 and the title of IDEAL Electrician National Champion in West Palm Beach, FL!​

Competitors participated in a five-minute online multiple-choice digital challenge presented by IDEAL to test their general knowledge. Questions were provided by IEC.

April 15th – June 15th
ADVANCE TO ROUND 2

The top electricians who answer the most questions correctly will receive an At Home Challenge kit to test their skills and workmanship while completing a task.

July 15th – July 28th  
PACK YOUR BAGS

The top 10 apprentices and top 5 professional electricians will receive an all-expense paid trip to West Palm Beach, Florida to compete at nationals for their share of over $30,000 and the title of National Champion!
