2024 Competition is now live

do you have what it takes?

Are you the “best of the best” professional and apprentice electrician? Then we want you to compete in the 2024 IDEAL Electrician National Championship. This September, the Championship Finals will be held in West Palm Beach, Florida. On April 15 you will have a shot to earn over $30,000 in cash, prizes and some well-deserved bragging rights as the 2024 Electrician National Champion!

Since 2016, the IDEAL Electrician National Championship has been a platform that celebrates and showcases the incredible skills of Tradesmen and women across North America via a one-of-a-kind program and competition that ultimately crowns the best of the best electricians each year. This year, we’re headed to West Palm Beach! To make it to the championship, you must qualify first. The Round 1 Digital Quiz presented by IDEAL is an online five-minute multiple-choice quiz with questions provided by IEC. Test your knowledge to start your journey to prove you are the best electrician in the nation. Take the quiz up to once daily.

YOUR PATH TO THE 2024 CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS
IN WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
ENTER ROUND 1

Take the online five-minute multiple-choice digital challenge presented by IDEAL testing your general knowledge with questions provided by IEC.

April 15th – June 15th
ADVANCE TO ROUND 2

The top electricians who answer the most questions correctly will receive an At Home Challenge kit to test their skills and workmanship while completing a task.

July 15th – July 28th  
PACK YOUR BAGS

The top 10 apprentices and top 5 professional electricians will receive an all-expense paid trip to West Palm Beach, Florida to compete at nationals for their share of over $30,000 and the title of National Champion!
